About me

My name is Signe and I live in Copenhagen, Denmark.

In 2019 I discovered crepe paper flowers and other art made from crepe paper. It caught my eye right away - maybe because I've always loved making art with lots of small details. I started to teach myself the old craft through books about paper flowers.

I have an education in clinical psychology, and while working as a psychologist, the paper flowers gave me a place to immerse myself, a place to be creative and an opportunity to create something tangible with my hands.

In January 2023 I decided to pursue my art full time and quit my full time job. This has given me time to make the video courses, live courses and handmade paper flowers that you can buy here on the site. I hope they will bring joy and inspire creativity. Have fun!
